1 Introduction

2️ Definitions

• Store: Refers to the Wardati online store and its services.
• Customer: Any person who purchases or browses products on the store.
• Products: All flower bouquets and related services offered by Wardati.
• Service: The sale of natural flowers, delivery, and any additional services linked to purchases.

3️ Terms of Use

1. The website must not be used for any illegal purposes or in violation of Saudi laws.
2. All information provided by the customer must be accurate to ensure correct delivery of orders.

4️ Orders & Payment

1. Orders can be placed through the website, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
2. Available payment methods: credit/debit card or approved electronic transfers.
3. All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received or confirmed at the time of cash on delivery.

5️ Delivery

1. Delivery is currently available within Riyadh only.
2. Delivery time will be scheduled according to product availability and the customer’s preferred time.
3. Wardati is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic.

6️ Cancellation & Returns

1. Customers can cancel or modify orders within one hour of confirmation.
2. After one hour from order confirmation, changes or cancellations are not allowed to ensure timely delivery.
3. Returns are accepted only in cases of clear damage or errors from the store, handled according to Saudi regulations.

7️ Store Responsibility

1. We strive to provide fresh, high-quality products, but natural variations in flowers may occur compared to images shown.
2. The store is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the website or products outside these Terms.

8️ Data Protection

• Customer data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
• We do not share customer information with third parties except to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations.

9️ Intellectual Property

• All images, texts, and designs on the website are the property of Wardati.
• No content may be used for commercial purposes or published without written permission from the store.

• Wardati reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom.
