Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers) and their perishable condition, we are committed to delivering the highest quality. Accordingly, the following policy applies:
1. Returns
Returns are not accepted after delivery, due to:
- Fresh flowers being perishable items
- The need to maintain product quality and hygiene
2. Replacement or Compensation
Customers are eligible for replacement or compensation in the following cases:
- The order arrives damaged or not fresh
- Incorrect product delivered
- Significant delivery delay affecting product quality
3. Complaint Conditions
To process a complaint:
- It must be reported within 6 hours of delivery
- A clear photo of the product must be provided
4. Processing Time
- Complaints are reviewed within 24 hours
- Resolution is provided within 1 business days
5. Available Solutions
Depending on the case:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial or full refund
- Store credit for future purchases
6. Delivery
We strive to deliver orders on time to ensure flowers arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by unclear addresses
- Recipient unavailability
